Initial Service Commitment

To conduct a thorough analysis of your existing group benefits plan
To take the existing group benefits plan to every appropriate insurance provider to ensure market competitiveness
To provide unbiased recommendations based on the plan analysis, market survey and the goals and objectives of the employer
To oversee a smooth transition between group insurance carriers if that decision has been made
To assist with the steps required to set-up and administer your plan
To conduct presentations for employees (if requested) to review new group benefits plan

Ongoing Service Commitment

To provide dedicated full-time service and monitoring of your group benefits plan, offering the expert advice and direction you need
To provide an active management approach with regards to Long Term Disability, Short Term Disability, Extended Health Care and Dental Care benefits
To contact you every three to 6 months to discuss benefit plan usage, service issues and overall satisfaction of the group benefits plan
To provide clients with experience reports and recommendations every 3 months or as requested by the plan administrator
To facilitate and negotiate the annual renewal
To provide annual Long Term Disability reviews
To conduct a complete market survey every 3 years to ensure continued market competitiveness
